The elements that are negative from a compisition stand-point really make the photo for me, good job. |

I have to disagree regarding the centering of the subject. I think it happens to work here just fine. To me it looks like he's fighting the elements and if he's off center you lose that cluster phobic feeling. |

7 for the effort. Your time frame for cave men is way off though. |

Fits the challenge perfectly and it made me laugh. Not a big fan of the tinting tho, but still.... creative!, interesting!, and a break from all the other "before time" landscapes and such. The most unique entry I've seen so far. 9 |

Great idea. To me he looks very caveman-esque. That being the case the title should have been a little earier (something like 15,000 BC). Other than that I like the hue, it ads to the uniqueness of your photo. Well done. |

8 - Met the Challenge (I think a photo of this put into a 'time capsule' would give future generations a good depiction of this era/year - though it requires a tiny 'stretch' for me in the imagination for this Challenge). This is very well done. And you kept just the year in without any 'explanation' - good for you, it doesn't need it (though personally I'd like to see 30,000 BC or whatever is more 'authentic', perhaps what you have is right, who knows). Criticism; not much, I like the color treatment/effect, you've done very well with the 'props', the coloring/darkness washes out the costume so that it is not discernible enough to see the authenticity. The 'action' is perfect, and amusing. Perhaps without the frame - not sure, just to give a 'largeness'. The 'feel' you have created with the set up and the pp is very good in my opinion. You get the most points from me for creativity. |

Great idea and well executed. However I think that the orange color is a bit too over powering in this picture... would have preferred a little less saturation. |

Actually, this is kind of funny!! I don't believe that they had cameras back then, but I can imagine that this is what we'd see if they did. Perhaps you could have included what this feller was attacking. |

Wow. Pretty cool. This looks like it was really fun to prep for and to shoot. I love the club, and the costume in general. Hey, I see a nipple ! :-P It looks like a lot of thought and planning and vision went into the shot. The processing here is very suitable for this image. This is just really cool. Brought a nice smile to my face. I like it. Nice job. Thank-you. |

The subject and presentation is very interesting, but I don't see how the warm orange tone works with it. 7 |

Ancient Egyptian culture spans back to 5000 B.C. This should probably be dated much further back than 3000 B.C. |
