Greetings from the CC!
THEME: Challenge respected.
FOCUS & COLOR: Your focus is too soft even to give a "soft" feel to it. I would consider this blurry. Color is ok.
COMPOSITION: The idea is original and I like it when poeple think outside the box. You have some red candy i there which disgtracts from the theme and have no specific purpose in the photo. The trails left behind gives it a sense of movement but due to the blur the effect is almost negated. You photo is also a tad under-ex which gives it the "yukky" feeling.
All in all I think this photo has potential but it wasn't met here. You shoud give it a try again and see how you improve.

| This is a really great idea! Maybe had you sturred them around a little more you would have gotten some swirls that would have added more interest to the image. |

| running this through neat image would have helped heaps to get rid of some of the noise |
