Nice sharp capture with wings outspread. Try using rule of thirds to cropinto a more pleasing aspect. With bird mainly B&W and all colour in background try some desaturation.

Birdy showing off his feathers... nice shot ! Although I think it wouldn't hurt to crop a little bit more.
