This is a really pretty scene. I don't think that it was captured well though.
The lighting, obviously being a rainy day, wasn't very good to shoot in. The focus is soft, and this could be a product of low light. The haze at the top is ok, because it only effects the background, and not the tree branches in the front.
The angle and framing/cropping are good. I like how the large branch arches across the photo to the left. I wonder if maybe a little extra grass at the bottom would help to enhance the greenness.
It's green, definately fits the challenge. Overall, it's a pretty shot, just suffers from softness in my opinion.

Hmmm, yes, i see what you said about the rain there :) I liked the composition and the mood it gave (it's nice to see rainy pictures while being comfy behind the computer indoors). Good variety of greens with the ones in the main branches being pleasantly and mildly intense and then nicely muted in the background. Is this image soft? Don't know, maybe just a tad but that helps the mood and if you're standing in the rain it's tough to really take the time and check and re-check. What i don't like about this image is that the bottom of the foreground tree is cut off. It therefore comes across as more of a big pole and it doesn't have the nice expressiveness of the other tree. You got a 7 from me during voting.

Wonderful tones captured, especially the contrasts near the trunks of the trees.

interesting composition and the rain is definitely different... I don't feel that this is a great 'secondary color' subject choice even though it is a secondary color... image is slightly soft... = 5

unfortunately on days like this the photo usually looks better in b&w ;-)

Looks a little out of focus.

I like the composition of this piece a lot. The muted greens are lovely.

I like this picture, maybe a little more green grass in the bottom would have made it even better
