Took this shot somewhere near Lake Tahoe, a dead tree in the snow. The snow provided a light bounce, illuminating the gnarled bark at the base of the tree. I love the shot, despite the sad lack of quality. I took it, maybe, 5 years ago with my old Olympus Camedia D-360L 1.3MPs! Some of my very early work. I love weather phenomena like halos, sunpillars, and northern lights, and have a small collection of some 'rare' sightings. |
