 Pretty boring submission, but this concept kept popping up in my mind, so I was stuck with it. lol. Two pieces of colored constuction paper, placed a strip of ink jet printer paper. Had a hard time getting the saturation and sharpness right. I think I over did it. I'll find out soon enough.

I shot the photo outside during an overcast day to reduce the shadows.

A very whimsical composition which shines with shapes and texture. More like a magnet that attracts the eyes and rewards it with a visual shower. I would have loved for the last ring to have retained the coloration, but this is so minor and in no way detract from the sheer strenght. This gets put into my favs....

I love this shot! I love the colors and wow it is so clear. Should have done better. Now I am off to eat an orange.

Lovely formal setup. Lighting avoids glare, which is probably very nice, though I do like to see a little sparkle here ane there. Great shot!

I think the orange is composed and exposed very well. The red and yellow are really unnecessary. But I do like the oranges.

Nice composed and framed. Clean, crisp focus. Great lighting. All in a an excellent photo. 9 md - (update) After further review, the judges have ruled this to be a 10 instead of a 9. 5 yards, and a 1st down! ;?) 10 md
