| There's just enough time exposure effect on the water, especially around the central rock and the post just offshore of the rock, to achieve your goal of animating the ocean surface. The composition is also effective and appealing. 7 |

Just long enough to make the water smokey. I like it. A very subtle feature. Composed well and a very crisp image. blah blah blah, you know all the rest of the blowing your horn crap. Well done and good luck in this challenge. <8>

| Pretty image. Compositionally, the little pipe sticking up, mirroring the lighthouse in the background help to form an implied trangle tying it with the rocks. The colors just seem flat and lifeless though. 6 |

| The texture in the rock is nicely captured. The hint of movement through the milky water is also good. A little more of an interesting sky would have been nice. Overall, a pleasant photo. |

| All of the elements coming out of the water here and there make for great composition. They lead your eye right to the back - the lighthouse. The rocks are so vivid and clear and the water has a serene softness due to the time of day. Nice all the way around. |
