I like the water drops. I think they add a lot to the shot. If you cropped closer to the rose, or darkened the background a bit I think it would bring out the petals even more. I'm a huge fan of filling the frame though and I realize not everyone is, so feel free to disregard. :-)

What a beautiful rose, is it fragrant? I like where you're going with this shot, the drops are great.
If your camera will allow you to go in closer it would eliminate the clutter of the background, fill the frame with the rose if you can. Colours are gorgeous! |
