 I toke this pic with my hp r607, i am biginer in the world of digital photo and this is muy first really mine digital camera ;)
may be in a first look the pic dosnt have anything to do with the challenge theme, but think about it... the apple of the world? New York city, wouldnt be nice have the entire apple of the world inthe ponit of your finger? ;) for me thats is material wealth.

PS: sorry for no too good "ingles" :) i am form venezuela and i am still learing.

I think I'm looking at a finger tip and a small apple -- doesn't signify material wealth -- also not a subject that draws overall nterest in the photo

The Affluence Challenge description says, "The opposite of the poverty challenge. Knock us out with your representation of MATERIAL WEALTH." This is a cut and paste message that I will comment on all submissions that do not seem to suit the topic of the challenge. Take note I understand this maybe just my personal opinion, and as such I only deducted 1 point from my original vote.

Lighting seems rather harsh. Also there is a yellow color cast which is not very appealing. Could use better focus. Interesting composition and cute little apple, however, I'm not sure I understand how it relates to the challenge.
