Boy people have been leaving some weird comments recently. I think a lot of folk have been viewing DPC with smeared glasses or such because i have seen a few "blurred/ not crisp enough" comments that were completely off the wall. Anyways
The angle Totally makes this image. The leading lines from the road are a great drawing point. If this was taken at the typical angle, quite frankly, it would be boring. We have all seen/ taken night photos with streaked headlights. By tilting the camera you gave the image an extra edge.
I also really enjoy the star burst which although isnt techically center becomes the center point of the image. As Langdon said, it is a shame that neon is brighter than the other lights, but in a way it also adds some depth and warmth to the image IMHO.
The colours are vibrant and crisp, which is rare for a long exposure at night image.
Actually i have nothing really to critique (what a rip off huh) this is a fantastic image, great example of a long exposure. Well planned, well exicuited well processed. 10 stars for you!

Yep I voted quite a few which are way better than most of the ones ahead of them. This is just another surprise.
I think if you want to practice stock photography then this site is great for that. Learn to process for the masses. But cool, creative stuff like this doesnt get the attention it deserves. |

| The angle works well for this shot and the colors are really nice and rich. There might be a little bit too much sky in this shot, but it's still a really outstanding long exposure photo - one of the best in the challenge. |

| Cool idea. Some nice light trails, although it seems some of the lights are blown out. In this case, the skewed angle doesn't really seem to add anything to the image, IMO. |

| I like the perspective on this. The light trails produce interesting leading lines. Colors are also interesting. Overall, good composition. The only thing that bothers me is that with all the various light sources there is a feeling of busy... |

| Great colors! I think showing more of the street would be better than the negative space in the sky. Sucks that neon signs burn out so easily compared to another lightning at night. |

| Nice tilt = strong composition with some great diagonals and very strong leading lines. Nice blues to the sky too. Really nice. |

| Loking at this shot on this angle gives me a feeling of vertigo. Not enough to make me sick but just enought that makes me wanna keep staring into the photo. Well composed and great colors. One of the best I have seen in this challenge so far. Well done and good luck in this challenge. <10> |
