I figured I couldn't get the ballroom, or the classroom or the boardroom, so I settled for the old favorite..........

Cropped, adjusted curves, de-sat yellow

Lighting seems a tad bright here. I think it might work well with the feel I think you were trying to accomplish. While it's not my personal preference, I think the grain also works with the feel I think you were trying to get. Overall the image works nicely together, but it really isn't my cup of tea. The stall door on the left is a bit distracting since it takes up So much space in the photo. Love the floor. Overall nicely done. ~Heather~ (6 of 10 comments I'll be giving Judy)

I can't believe this finished where it did - I was one of your 10's and I stand by it. Nice processing and it looks authentic

Yeah. I'm with Les here. The grain and textures are cool.

In 1958 plastic bags were unknown

You must have been on the road. The photo seems really overexposed. Maybe if you dropped down the light comensatiion a step it would have been less grainy and bright.

The picture has to be taken the week of the submission date, not 1958.

Bad subject matter. Overdone.

The composition of this with the grain and the tones is a perfect fit for an old bathroom like this. Has kind of a "mood" to it. Glad I don't have to use one like that today :) 10

Ewww. Makes me want to turn around and hold my bladder. Grain and the overexposed look is fitting here.

Excellent grainy quality here, and one that particularly highlights the public (read: less than 110% sanitary) nature of this particular room. I love the texturing on the floor, the slight blow out near the top of the frame (as well as on the bowl itself) and the industrial qualities that this image evokes. I'd reckon Jutilda???
