 So my brother wanted me to take a few pictures of him for his girlfriend... *rolls eyes

Anywho, here's the sunshine posterboy approach that we all love so much...

thought I'd share, I want to try and get better at all types of photography, even the happydoodle kind

Not knowing what sunshine posterboy or happydoodle means (I'm American), I think you got a nice shot. Not too cheesy or overly posed. The colors are nice as well. I don't mind the background as it's not too busy or overdone.
