 I took this pix at 10:30 pm of the attic door in my house. When my husband bought his parents house I never understood why the tools hung there but they were there and remain there. I don't even think we use them. So they are just "old forgotten tools"

I would have expected the tools to have been in focus seeing how they were the focus of the compostion.

I really like the composition, but the angle and lighting don't seem right. I also thing it should be sharper.

Remember that there's much more to DP Challenge than just "meeting the challenge." Yes, this meets the challenge in that there are "tools of the trade," but I'm afraid there appears to have been very little thought put into the aesthetics of the shot. The harsh lighting, and overall blurry composition need a little work :)

Oh no, direct flash! There are little situations where direct flash looks godd, and this ain't one of them. And the pic is out of focus (or camera shake).
