| needs moore contrast - other then that it is very good, maybe try to include the whole shuffle (or however that is spelled) next time. |

| I find your subject and all the mid tones quite interesting, but I am not too keen on the composition. Something doesn't look right to me. It looks either a bit too close or if you need to get even closer. |

i like the composition of the picture, it looks like someone just finished for the day.
However the tone of the pick axe head is very nearly the same as the soil and makes it indistinct, the shovel is similar but not as badly affected. Maybe if you had wet the soil to maake it darker it would have helped. |
