Fit Challenge Criteria: 0/2
Color/Contrast: 2/2
Composition: 2/2
Photo Quality: 2/2
My Subjective Affinity: 2/2
Even with the wood underneath the water, I don't see how this fits in to the wood challenge. However, with the exception of that minor principle, this is an excellent shot. Nice work. |

wouldn't have known that there was wood in this picture without the challenge or your title. |

a well executed stop action shot, but the challenge called for an image where wood was an important part, the wood seems incidental here |

Although it's a very beautiful shot, I don't see wood in there, only water. It's just an assumption that wood is beneath the water, but it could well be something else. 5 |

The clarity is wonderful. Pity that the wood is not visible. |

A great capture... It would be a 10 on it's own... I'm just afraid the wood is lost... 7 |

I like the image. It's very well photographed, and the water is well caught with great lights. I think the reflections in the water are perhaps a bit distracting, and the association with the challenge probably is too weak to be hugely successful. |

Great shot. WOW - is it ever clear. My one critique might be to move it off of the center and have it a little to one side. I love the droplets at the top! |

Nice capture, but you can't really see any wood. Maybe a hint in the lines in the water, but that's all |

Why do I get the strange feeling you're going to get a lot of people complaining "Where's the wood?" I can see the grain and think you had an interesting idea. |
