| I really like this picture, but for me the ice leads to the impact of the photo, not the red of the rose. The little white flowers on the left are distracting. |

| Good subject, good color... Coulda been a *little* bit brighter, although that would probably have made the color shallower on the petals. |

| Maybe you were at the right place at the right time, but that doesn't matter. I haven't given most of the "red objects" pictures high scores (especially the roses), but this: It's a beautiful, nearly flawless composition. Nice. |
