| The focus seems a little off. His (her?) eyes aren't in focus - seems like the back of the head is just in focus. May want to try a smaller f-stop to get more depth of field. |

Ohhh how cute in a weird kind of way. I think your depth of field was just a little off, his nose is slightly blurry but mouth is sharp (and probably really is sharp too) You probably didn't have much time to compose the shot. A polarizer on that water would help its dullness some too.
