| Nice composition. I nearly entered a similar shot in this challenge, a bit less thight (can be seen in my portfolio if you care). Good lighting with shadows and highlight details. However, I would venture a guess that it is a bit over sharpened. |

| Wow. You won't get any complaints that this doesn't meet the challenge! I love the shot, and the composition is good. I do feel that compared to the rough, gritty look of the right side of the photo, the left side seems much smoother and makes the photo look a little unbalanced. But that's probably just me being too picky, so don't worry about losing points over that. ;o) Great shot! |

| Awesome!!!! I had a shot almost exactly like this that I took while shooting the zoo challenge -- 2 days too early for the Textures challenge. I went back to try to re-shoot it and get it in this challenge, but the elephant wouldn't pose for me again. I think I'm glad now he didn't because this picture is probably much better :) Good job. |

| Gave you a 7 but had to come back to change it to a 9. Here's my reasoning. This was too easy for this challenge, falling right after the zoo challenge. I thought of it myself (though I had an elephant butt - my protest, nevermind about that). But as I clicked on the 7 I said wait a minute. That's is a great image outside the challenge. Excellent lighting, focus, POV and composition. Give it what it deserves! So I changed your score to a 9. Sorry about the long winded explanation. Good luck in the challenge! |
