This is a really neat effect you've captured. You don't often see things like this with the rays going up in addition to down. The exposure seems a little uneven. I'd like to see more color in the sky just above the middle horizon. I'm sure this was difficult though...sky scenes like this are always a pain, but maybe a bit of dodge and burn could bring that out a little more. |

It so cool to see thing out of the ordinary. But its even cooler when you have your camera to take a picture to share with everyone. Thanks for sharing its an awsome photo.

What works: low horizon to emphasize the drama in the sky
What doesn't work: The brightest part of the clouds are blown out therefore distracting from the nice beams of light protruding them. |
