I had been working on a nice setup with a coarse material and some wild oats, waited until just before sunset to get the right light on the roof of my house. Cleo, my cat must have sneaked up there while I went down to get a drink of water and when I returned she had messed up the whole thing. Some of the photos I took came out really nice, I'll put them in portfolio later..I liked this one because of her look..

Not much editing, cropped and usm.

Is this the photographers' equivalent of "the dog ate my homework!"?

You put this guy in the picture because he is cute and his eyes ready to complement the shoots. Nice and lovable. 7

All the colors and textures here are obviously staged, but the gold eyes of the cat tie it all in together. I like the overall look and feel of the photo. Good job.

I really like this image. The title doesn't give it justice :)

Lots of nice textures here. Great exposure on the black cat, I can see detail in the dark areas. The burlap texture os the best and most worthy of a closeup.

Very clever title! Nice composure. Maybe could adjust lighting a little - black cat lose definition (where does the head stop and body begin type of thing)

Hmmm... Is that Obelix? Good photo but not great. On the plus side it´s got good colours contrast/sharpness. On the minus side it´s shot at a wierd angle so it causes slilght vertigo when I view it, I am not sure if I am looking down on the cat or up at it or if he is sitting up on a wall and it just confuses me.

6 from me.

Ah, he knew he was just the thing to add contrast and another texture to your image!

Wonderful title. Actually, he needs to be there for contrast, don't you think?

I like his cocked head. He seems a touch out of focus. Good use of light - it skims his whiskers and back.
