Wow, that's creepy. Yeah, I know, I'm more scared of them than they are of me...but come on, doesn't that look creepy? =) Nice clarity on the head, especially the eye. The blurred background is nice as well. Cool shot. |

yeah... I learned that it takes a pretty fast exposure to stop that tongue. I have snakes in the backyard and I've been trying to get a good shot of one with the tongue out. it goes out and back faster than I can press the shutter, and even if I catch one with the tongue out, it wiggles so fast that at 1/500th it's still blurry.
great shot. (btw... my wife absolutelly despises snakes, she can't even look at one without freaking out. |

Great clear shot of his head. The flicking tongue is effectibe. I might darken up the background just a touch. |
