| Looks like the front edge of the "mushroom" is a bit out of focus. I acually like the textrue of the tree a bit better as the image is now, but think it would do better with more DOF |

| this has all the makings of a really fine photograph. it meets the challenge very well, is nicely composed and the exposure is good. Too bad about the very bright orange center of attraction being out of focus. |

Spell check. hee hee hee
Interesting contrast between the orange (ornage) and the gray. The use of negative space at the bottom is effective. Since the title indicates that the mushroom is the focal point, I'd like to see it sharpened and perhaps other areas could be slightly off. Hope this is helpful. |
