 the title is dedicated to nick drake's album "five leafs left". five years after he recorded this album he died. hope i have more leafs left :)

Lovely contrast of texture and color. The weave of the basket leads your eye right to the leaf, if it weren't already there for it's rich detail and red hue. Very nice.

Composition: good placement of the vertical and horizontal lines though the leaf is a little close to the left and top edges. Also, the leaf seems to take up too much space in the image. A wider field of view I think would improve the image. 7

Exposure: Seems ok though I feel a touch more luminance is needed since the lighting feels a bit flat. 6

Impact: This is where the image works well due to the texture of the chosen subject. More light/luminance would only make it better. 8

Beautiful. The red leaf goes well with the wicker basket. The texture grabs you.

Vow, this picture definitely pops. Great light, color and contrast. I'm not sure about the subject and the setup. Looks a bit 'staged'. I can't figure out what the thing in the background is.

I think I would have done away with the leaf in this one just for textures for I really like that basket 9
