Fine finish for a fine shot. The tonalities in this are wonderful. Anti-texture, LOL.

You say tomayto; I say tomahto. The expression is priceless. I love the shape and the way it is framed: it is cropped very carefully. The rich tonal variation on his neck and chest is exquisite. I'm a little wierd about finding colors distracting - but I wonder if you considered desaturating greens and reds so there is less distraction in the BG. In any case, it's a super photo. I'm green with envy.

Nice job here. Exposure is perfect. The animal is so sharp and clear. Good use of DOF to take focus away from distracting people in the background. Overall very nice work. Hope you take home a ribbon with this one.

This is a wonderful shot on many levels. Exposure and composition are right on. he is a humorous fellow and I love the way his whiskers are sort of backlit. Well done!

Since I am lacking in technical skills, I cannot give helpful comments. I am strictly a photo buff who is trying to improve, but as to telling you what is wrong or right, I am in no position to say. I am simply voting based on whether I like the picture or not. Sorry, maybe someday I will be able to give helpful advice
