| Cool pic, but the glow around the plane is a bit distracting. The smoke looks really good though, like it has a lot of depth. |

| sorry, but the haloing on this is just too much. if you have an image where basic editing constraints leave it looking like this, you probably would be better off sitting the challenge out. |

A High Pass Filter on a Low Pass Flight...
2 things that bother me, focus and too much fliter effect. Fliters should be used to enhance a photo, not to save it. |

| beautiful shot, i like the smoke trailing off, just wish the photo was sharper. i also really like the halo effect around the plane. |

| Good idea for a pic, but two problems: 1) Photo is too soft, 2) The plane has a 'halo' around it (post-processing artefact?) |

| Validated or not, I just don´t really care for the "look" of this image or what you did with it in post processing, just wanted to explain why I only gave it a 4. I would have rated it a 6 or even a 7 if the plane had been sharper and you would have had a clear deep blue sky in the backround, not this grayish haze. |

| Looks like you used dodge or burn tools to get this effect. Isn't that spot editing ? Is that allowed in basic rules ? Good luck |

| Oh Wow! THIS is a cool capture!!!! With the smoke trails. I absolutely love this. It's just a tiny bit blurry, and that's the only thing that keeps it from being a 10, but I love it so much anyway!!! 9 |

| I'm sure others have mentioned the Halo around the plane and the fact that it is slightly OOF. I'm sure the halo comes from the shadow/highlight adjustment, if so when u use it adjust the pixels to 0 and it should get rid of that halo. Its a good shot that could be much better. Good luck. |
