 I took this shot as a goof to get my long lost update button back. I was hoping the weather would cooperate and give me a nice sunset or warm, golden light. No such luck. I just put the camera on a tripod in front of a simple background and triggered it with a remote.

Processing: Crop, levels, slight curves, some dodging and burning, clone a few specks out, saturation boost. I hope it's not too terrible... laptop screens are just not made for editing!

Me neither, but concept is king. I didn't have time to set up something less posed, and the PS work was pretty lousy with only my laptop screen to work on. Ordinarily this wouldn't meet my own standards for entry, but I miss my update button. *sniff*

This is scary - I hope they don't go out in public like that! Good shot. well composed and focused. I like the 'unbusy' background. Lets them stand out as the only focal point with no distractions. Nice job!

Very cute shot. I love the T-shirts and backward caps. Background all right with no distractions. The only thing that I would change is the reddness in the faces. I get this too when I take people pictures in lower light. There might be a better way to do it, but in post-processing, I usually just de-saturate the red channel just a little so my subjects don't look sunburned.
