I must make it clear that I personally have no connection with any illegal substance production, distribution, collection, etc. etc. Don't contact me about it
I do remember mother used to grow a strangely similar kind of fern in our younger days, but as I am 59 years old, I hesitate to aver that she was in any way a devotee of the weed - convent educated you understand.
Don't try this at home, folks!
I understand there is some helpful medicinal pain-relieving property to the species, though no reliable scientific results seem apparent from earnest research. Studies 'in the field', as it were, tend to produce mixed results. Brain damage being one of them? |

Like the wiggle - this must be the Texas star Triffidus Maximus displaying it's courtship dance?
I understand some uneducated Texas Policemen raided a home thinking they'd "made a major drug bust when they raided a home northwest of Houston last Tuesday. After all, it looked like there were huge marijuana plants growing in the front yard"
Even more bizarre, I hear that a patch of the offensive weed near a police station was set fire to, in order to dispose of the crop, and the smoke drifted in the requisite direction, thus creating an undesired behaviour change in the law enforcement crew of the watch, who made various noises, varying from "What's that strange smell", to "Nice batch" - strange are the uses of adversity. |
