It's funny that people judge a picture by it's tittle. Isn't that kinda like judging a book by it's tittle "cover"? And for those who would reply with "A tittle can get someone to read a book that might have passed it up", true but after a few pages it's still a dissapointment. Where as a bad tittle never hurt a best seller.

As an Art Director for a magazine, I really have difficulties understanding how people vote at this site. This should definitely be in the top three. The lighting is perfect for the era this image represents. Bravo!! |

this should have been in the top 3 - why we (as a DPC group) choose the shiny over the organic cool realism of a shot like this is beyond me. Sorry the whole world doesn't see thing my way- you would have had a ribbon for sure!
It's excellent. |

We all know what the challenge title is. It is too bad that you could not take the time to be more creative with your titleing.
nice idea, nice lighting, nice comp, good movement, nice lines, dof ok, blacks good, whites need work, overall very good |

For this contest everyone who has the word âcircleâ in their title is getting a max 10 score. This is a copy and paste version that I am including in every photo that I upgrade to 10 due to the title. We as members of DPchallenge need to be reminded of the topic of the challenge â we really need to reread the topic every time we reach a photo. If circle is in the title and it is appropriate I will give a 10. I am sorry if you do not agree with my method of voting â but scores are all I have. |

For this contest everyone who has the word âcircleâ in their title is getting a lower score. This is a copy and paste version that I am including in every photo that I downgrade due to the title. We as members of DPchallenge know the topic of the challenge â we do not need to reread the topic every time we reach a photo. If circle is in the title and it is appropriate I will most likely not down grade, but it better be good. I am sorry if you do not agree with my method of protest â but scores are all I have. |

OOOhhhhh! I like this. Great DOF and nice tone from the lighting. Maybe crop a little more off the bottom do some PS magic you can't do in a basic challenge and you have a great portfolio piece! |

Nice nostalgia. The lighting is right for it. |
