This is one of the most exquisite photos I've seen in ages. It is wonderful. I love the reflections in the water. The color of the sunset mimics the rock in the background. Lovely shades of blue and green.
BRAVO!!! |

A very good viewpoint. I can imagine that you had to do some serious post processing to get some balance in lighting between the upper and lower parts. There seems to be a problem area below the sunlit part of the dome on the right. |

thanks papa and tsheets for your valuable input. I wanted to go slower, but I couldn't. With this light I was shooting at F18 ( or F20, I am not sure exactly) and iso100, I can't make the shutter speed go slower than that. the water seems soft because it has some movement, but not slow enough shutter to make it silky...
May be I should get some ND filters to step down 1 or 2 stops.. |

Nice shot. I can see what you were going for with the reflection in the water, but I agree with papa. I think the running water makes it difficult to pull off. I would wonder what difference a slower/faster shutter would make. The colors and exposure are great, though. |

Beautiful shot. Several things that I would do (only one mans opinion)...
1. water looks a little soft. Either slower shutter speed for more smoothing water or sharper focus.
2. crop just a bit off the right side to get a more skinny/taller looking shot. |

Very nice landscape. The dome, the reflexion in the water and all this framed by the trees. Well done! ;-) |

The colour on the dome is amazing. What's nice about sunsets is that if you wait a few minutes the whole scene changes. Later shots may even be more dramatic. |
