I lke this alot..but I think I'm biased...I did something with pins for the macro challenge...wonder if your getting similar comments...anyway, Ido like the shallow depth of field and the nice subdued light...It's nice to see something a little different.

I wouldhave liked this better had more if it been in focus - but then maybe you would loose some of the sense of depth?

I expected the photo to be pin sharp as well as the title. Interesting collection of pins, well lit and captured but no wow factor for me

Good idea! I think if you changed the position of your light source it might have worked better.

Is this a sphere contest? :) just kidding :) This is a neat shot,neat concept. I think you should have used a different coler pin, instead of the green, as the focal point. It's darker in the middle of the shot, and the green just blends right in for me. - 6 - JeB
