Lighting is a bit flat and harsh from the time of day you shot the pic, and the noise makes it look like a huge crop. The composition is very nice though, the way you've used the diagonal framing.

The background detracts from the thistle and bee, in my opinion.

Very harsh lighting on this. The background also looks a little odd. The focus seems not quite righ tfor this shot, too; the bee's face is out of focus, while the flower has some very sharp spots (or maybe it has to do with the lighting. That being said,however, the composition is very nice, and the crop is quite good.

This could use a bit more focus. Maybe saturate the colors a tad more. :~)

Good attempt, however just a little OOF for my liking. A little too much noise in the background for my liking.

Needs more contrast plus the focus on the bee is a little soft, IMHO. Good Luck.
