| I first gave this a four & was coming back to comment, when I realized that I liked it more than that. I really wish the background in the lower right wasn't there, as it sort of spoils the mood, but I'll bump to a 6 nonetheless. |

| The branch is out of focus. Silhouettes are nice in some photos, but not a macro. |

| This dosen't work to well for me but a bonus point for trying something different.. The branch has little interest and gets lost in the out of focus background. |

| Sorry, IMO blurry does not equal artistic. The main thing that attracts the eye here is a big white blob top center. |

| Interesting composition, but my eye doesn't feel like it has anything with detail to focus on. The lighting looks good and I like the suggestion of colors in the background. |

| Problem area: I think the middle portion of the stick is the focal point. Unfortunately, that is where most of the harsh light it, so you eye kinda wants to look there, but then you want to look away. |

| Giving this a 4. Since the branch is so dark I couldn't tell if it was in focus. Plus background is to bright subject is to dark. Sorry. |
