 I don't have a macro lens, or anything close to it, so this is all that I could do. After shooting the picture, I did a levels layer, a hue/saturation, lightened the photo a bit, cropped and rotated, and finally did USM.

Great composition, colors, detail and excellent composition. A few specs of white on the almost upper most petal might have been cloned out, but other than that, very good indeed.

I really like this composition. It is very effective is a "less is more" kind of way. The color and sharp focus on the center of the flower really makes this shot stand out.

This is my favorite black eyed susan shot. Great depth of color. Nice composition. Interesting that the focus is in the upper left hand corner on the center, but it works. Good crop.
