My favourite - interesting composition, clear image, nice colors given the subject. Bumping up to 9.

What details! I love that you can see the patterns of the wing lines, it draws your eyes in and around the photo.
Seeing a bit more (perhaps down the middle) of the main body part might have made it more balanced? The cropping also seems too tight? I'm not an expert so this is just my opinion!
Well done on the sharpness and contrast!

Great detail and composition. The long wings look good in this wide crop.

Too flat of a picture. Basically like taking a pic of a sign. You need something to give it texture and contrast.

Great perspective on a widely used subject. I think the focus and composition are terrific. Had you left a bit more room around the wings a ribbon would have been for the taking. Good luck!

Good detail, but the subject seems a bit to cramped in the frame to me.

great idea and it's a nice shot. personally I might have left the body out of the pic and it's a pity that the top wing is a bit broken. 8

Hope you didn't kill the dragonfly in order to get this.
Very nice detail in the wings.

Very nice. I like the skeleton effect on the wings. The tone on tone white with the brown is lovely.
