It is like looking back in time. Nice b&w. Using a square crop makes it look even more dated, and the chipping of the paint adds to the overall idea of obsolete. I give it an 8

Very old. The condition of the paint shows up nicely. Seems like you left out part of the story by not showing some of the clock housing.
