the castle it's too far away and can't be distinguished

This is a beautiful shot. I wish you could have found a way to keep the beach but bring the castle closer.

Beautiful scenery. You should have walked along the beach to get a closer shot.

Castle is way too small ... way too much other stuff needs to be severely cropped or shot with a very different lens.

it's a beautiful picture, but a pity that you weren't closer to see it better

Guess you were the one at Dunstanburgh when i was at Bamburgh, Good job my pictures of Dunstanburgh didn't turn out due to the grey skies as the angle of your picture is much better.

Nice clean lines. Almost minimalist.

Strongest point - Clear as a bell. What can be improved - Subect of castle not represented well in the picture. Perhaps closer, or maybe even cut out the surf and put that in a different picture.

Can't really see the castle for the beach

This is a nice shot - but a bit to far away making it a little dull in my opiniom

Pretty colors but I feel like the subject is too far away.

The beach is very pretty. I like the colors. Your subject, though, is pretty far away. Can't see it very well.

Good image, but the obsolescence isn't prevalent enough to do it for me.

This is a beautiful shoreline picture. Your subject is too far away. Would like to see more of the castle.

Very nice landscape. A bit closer to the castle would have been gr8. Very light though, needs adjustment of brightness and contrast for a print.

I don't see the castle.. unless you are referring to the items in the mid right hand portion of the frame?

to me this is more about the beach then it is a castle or something old. I almost wouldn't of known it were a castle if it weren't for the title! but the photo is lovely itself.. 7 (higher if the relevant subject were more prominent)

I like this photo but I think it falls a little short. Your subject is too far away to be a main focal point. I am drawn to the contrast between the beach and the water and the ruin just blends into a distant horizon.

Oh with that location there's so much more you could have done with this image. It begs for a low sun to get the reflections of the wet sand, and if you went closer you could have all those wet boulders as a superb foreground. You had a fantastic opportunity here, but sadly failed to take best advantage of it. Shame.
