| Nice one. I like the hiding rainbow flare in the middle of the frame. Only comment is the border clashes. |

| I like how the red lights are not one constant stream, but feel that the yellow border that has been added distracts from the picture. |

This is a neat idea. I think your border does not go with this photo at all. Too bad you couldn't have gotten a little higher. Nice title and I love the tall, descending lights. That could almost be a photo all on its own. |
