How the H*** did this end up way down here?

Ridiculous. Great concept. should have score MUCH higher.

Very nice, I really like the high dof, so that the one book? is in focus, and everything else is not. Good colors, and I like the composition. It's a bit out of the box, not your typical landscape leading lines photo, and I really like the uniqueness of this photo.

one of my highest rated entries. fabulous concept and well executed. There's a weird glow between the arm and the books, but it doesn't really detract from the image as a whole. like the high-key/shallow depth combination.

This gave me a small giggle when I first saw it. Inventive angle and focus spot-on.

I bet it had good text too ; } ...excellent depth of field...a very "modern" graphic-ish image...sometimes it nice to see an image with no green in it.

nice, but the wrist is not nearly blurry enough where it meets the shelf.

Interesting use of focus and DOF. Subject doesn't hold my interest.

I can understand your intent, therefore you have met the challenge, however, the picture doesn't do much for me.

I don't like how there's only one tiny spot in focus. Definately leads the eye up, but the subject is so small you have to really look. Would like to see a closeup of the subject book ;-)
