I think some cropping on the left would have made it more dramatic. |

I like the colour used here and I like the photo, although I get no immediate feel of lines leading me in. |

Like the tones you chose and the capture. The subject is too centered for my tastes and the staight horizontal lines across the image do not lead to the subject with the exception of the bit of land with the lighthouse(?) that does point directly to the the boat. A less subtle use of leading lines may have worked more for me. |

I do not feel that this is an example of leading lines. It is a nice photo however. |

I love scenes like this -- the boat -- the rocks on the shore -- the water. I'm having a little trouble connecting with the leading lines, but I really love this picture anyway. 7 |

Man, this REALLY needs leveling of the horizon. It's a critical falw in this shot. The noise police will hammer you on this, but I like the texture of it. In your conversion you might have tried for more luminosity. However, all that said I don't really see a leading line here. |

This is a very nice shot; I like the coloring and the overall composition. However, I feel like a complete idiot, because I am not seeing "leading lines" in it. Lines- yes, lines leading my eyes somewhere - no.
Wait a minute! There is an inferred line between the rock structure on the bottom left and the thingymijiggy out in the water on the right. This causes the eyes to go right past the boat. If it was intentional, excellent shot, but I bet some voters will "miss" it. If it was not, well . . . |

good tones...shot lends itself well to duotone. wish the smoke was a bit more pronounced |

not sure where the leading lines as compositional technique is here. I like the conversion to B&W. like the use of rocks for the forecground. |

There don't really seem to be any lines in your picture that lead my view anywhere. |
