It's true: I would probably rather have a handful of jelly bellies than jewels! I know I would enjoy them more :)

I'm not so sure this photo is going to do that great, but my obsession with taking pictures got the best of me and here it is.

My favorite bean! I actually have a 4-5 foot standing classic of this machine. Originally made for gum so when I fill it with Jelly Bellys they tend to fall out on their own, which I don't complain. ;)

"Not meeting the challenge for metal in my opinion." <- I guess this guy has never seen one of these in real life eh? =)

Yep, looks like metal to me! Good one.

People just don't get it. How much more metal could this be? Oh well, congratulations for thinking outside the box. I thought this was a terrific photo.

Quit your desk job, this is prime for a slick magazine cover avertising for a dentists office, they love kids with cavities . GREAT WORK solid 10 in a strong competition.

Oh, that is funny, I definitely didn't expect this when I first saw the title. Great colors and humor. The border, I don't know about, but it's a fun shot

I love it!!! It's so clear! It's simple, not cliche' and just so good!
The framing is a little too complicated... IMO

Colorful and fun. Just a tad overstaurated for my taste (Sometimes subtle makes a warmer mood. I like the embossed metal front.

those don't look like jelly belly's ...

The red feels overly adjusted...it appears a reddish-fuscia, which detracts from the photo for me.

Cute, but makes me think candy rather than metal.

Good, crisp picture. Perfect lighting. But it seems that the jelly beans are more the subject than the metal in the middle. I look at the metal and am immediatly drawn to the jelly beans above and below it.

This is a terrific picture, no doubt about that. I am just not sure that metal is your main subject here, it would appear to lean more toward the jelly beans. I don't know yet how I am going to score this one, definately in the top quarter, but I am going to wait to pass out my 9's and 10's till the end, and at that point I will see how this one adds up. To me, the white balance looks off. Maybe tweak the RGB channels to get the colours looking more vibrant, and the beans more edible. Also seems to be some residual image in the background which a bit more contrast might get rid of.
