Surprisingly little fiddling around with hue/sat. Some USM as well.
My last entry (birds) was a major scorer, this won't.
But I'll enter it anyhow, because I like it.

Post challenge:
OK. Never a border again that is any colour other than black or white.
Lesson learned :)

interesting picture, but the border distracts

I liked the processing. Wish you had left the border off. It just killed the shot for me. The title could have been better too. But the border was just too hard for me.

Terrific shot except for the border. Somehow sucks the subtlety out of the pic.

gorgeous photo - your choice of border colors presents a considerable distraction, in my opinion

Like the image, love the color, hate the border. A very nice shot, though.

I'm gonna pretend the red frame isn't there - 7

uh oh - border patrol is going tio nix this one - why put a border that competes with the image and draws the viewers eyes away?

It's a sunset. You tweaked the colours a bit, but it's still a very earthly sunset. I HATE the border. You did a great job with the exposure.

The photo is nice but I find the red boarder distracting.

Sorry to say this but I think that border has ruined an excellent image.

Neat shot. Don't care for the border - very distracting, IMO. Otherwise I really like this.

A very pretty sunset...but for me...the red border if fighting with the red in the clouds for attention and seems to be winning...maybe a black border may have been more effective, then the red in those clouds would have been really amazing.

Would be better without that border...8

I'm sure you are going to get a ton of comments, but the border kills this beautiful photo. It is simply overpowering. As I look at the image, I keep wanting to look more and more at the photo itself, but the brightness of the red border keeps drawing my eyes away from the photo to the edge. Smaller darker border would have been better.

the mercurial border is unnecessary and an unneeded distraction imo. i like the image though, just really really wish the border wasnt there.
