Picture is ok, simply because of the mottling of the trees shadows. Even lighting with a reflector or fill flash would help this. As it is, my eyes are drawn to the bright spots on the pants and the bottom of the dress instead of to the faces and eyes and costumes and house.

Full sun or full shade with a fill flash would have resulted in much more even lighting on the subjects

At first glance the title makes me want to pass this pic by. At second glance it just doesn't seem to fit into the challenge. Who is Capt. Potts? Just doesn't seem to fit a 'Fantasy World' challenge. The shadows on the people are very distracting.
