Wonderful study of design. Great handling of light and tones and the tritone works very well on this. Fascinating to look at.

That is not a title, it is a text. This is not a photograph, it is a study in precision, power and the triumph of ingenuity. Well made and rightfully centered to designate the exacting craftmanship this shot portrays. The next time you title a piece of art like this; put the technician up on the shelf and bring out the poet. 9.

Ridiculous title, trying to "convince" us this is metal, which goes without saying, but it doesn't affect my score. Nice shot, could be a little more contrast so the dark areas pop, well-composed.

We all know that this is a metal challenge. Excluding the word "metal" would reflect a differant perspective, and strengthen the title. And actually your title is WAY too long. That alone is a turn off.

Comp nice, nice texture, b&w's good, nice balance, good idea, overall nice job

I like this shot of the radial airplane engine( or is it a rotary engine?) the color is soft, the shot has a nice symmetry which makes it very appealing.

Great photo with a poor title. I like this image well enough to overlook the title though...

Metal cyclinders should be lighter. Nice photo. I should send a photo to you of an engine I saw in Phoenix airport.

A perfect subject for the topic and for using gray scale. Lets the subject speak for itself. Good job.

I like this a lot. The symmetry is great with nice contrast and detail. One of my favorites in "Metal". I'd like to see this ribbon.
