 My dog Radar. Although I hated entering a pet pic I had no time to goto the zoo and there are nothing but squirrels and seaguls around Michigan and neither of them are very exciting. Anyways this was my favorite out of the 88 pics that I took that night.

This is a very nice photo of your dog. He's a cutie... that's for sure. He looks very happy. You have him well focused and framed nicely in the picture. The lighting is perfect and even. As far as the challenge goes, I define fauna as more than the family pet. I'm afraid because of that, it will not do as well as it should.

Very nice portrait. The only thing that might improve it is to not crop so close on the bottom.

I'm not really a big fan of dog pics, but you have done an amazing job with this one. The composition is excellent, the softness and lighting together have turned this into a pic I would expect to find done by professionals. You can be very proud of this shot.
