This is a beautiful shot, in my opinion. The only drawback is that I, personally, do not see the 'darkness' aspect - other than it looks to have been shot at night.

That being said, I will still rate this pretty high.

Great photo. Love the blue and the clarity in the center. I moved it from a nine to an eight just because I feel it doesn't really embody darkness as well as some of the other submissions. Fine job though. Keep up the good work.

I'm loving the picture, wanted to give it a 10 but gave it an 8 because I think you should have framed it and the flower should have been centered.
