This expressed what "darkness" meant to me...which is what the challenge was about. NOT what "darkness" means to others!

Good composition, but the dof is so shallow that almons nothing is in focus

Besides the fact that I hate spiders the DOF is different than I would've done. Where it is in focus is very crisp but I'd have tried to keep the whole creature in focus.
