I guess the scene itself could have expressed darkness. Two subjects to focus on divide the focus. Nice try though. 6.

Something with the sky looks like there was maybe a little too much compression or something. I like the whole picture except the sky. 7

Even without the bird this would of been good. The leading line..to the dark pit is very nice and really adds to the over all deep, dark, spooky feel. Good one.
