| Good capture. Focus is a little off but moving birds are not that easy unless you're working at 1/1000 or better. Image a little noisy - not sure if its ISO noise or enlarging after a crop. I would have liked the crop a little looser - this crop seems to constrain the bird - I like my birds free - a little space does wonders! Personal taste - take it as that. Detail in the feathers quite good considering the soft focus. Good luck in the challenge! |

| Very nice capture, I think it would be a stronger image if you reduced some of the noise in the sky, but that is only my opinion. |

| Unless I'm mistaken, there is a lot of noise in this image, both in the wings and in the sky. Although I don't think that the noise in the sky detracts from the shot, I think that the noise *under* the wings does detract from it. If you ran this image through "Neat Image", available for free on the internet, I bet it would make a dramatic reduction in the noise. Disregard this comment if that's not noise I'm seeing! Otherwise, nice shot! The bird is in a good pose and has a nice look in his eye. |

| Nice view, yet it looks to me to be a little excessive on the pixels. Not sure of the exact wording, looks as if you zoomed in too much. |

| I like the line of this composition very much. The dark outstretched wing, and the little white one make a wonderful design. Photo's a little grainy and not as sharp as I'd like, but still, NEAT shot. |
