 Del Mar Bird and Animal Hospital has a really neat feature where they have the birds in their care out in an open aviary type setting that the public can go in to interact with the birds.

This guy here was putting his little claw up like he wanted to get on my arm so I put my hand out. Birds do this thing where they test the object that they are about to step on by feeling it out with their beak...long story short this guy bit down so hard (drew blood) scared me and I jumped back...He put his head down and I'd swear he said "I sorry"... Hence the title.

I like the crop, but you've suffered the same problem as me... Too shallow DOF, imo.
