 i filled one syringe with mr. clean and the other with dawn dishwashing liquid...the thickness of the liquids allowed the drops to stay hanging on to the needles

Nice job Buzz! I wish it had done better. It certainly deserved it.

Scary stuff.
My only suggestion would be to leave the bottle standing upright, in between the two syringes and further off to the rear, lost in the bokeh.

The photo itself is good IMO but could be improved with sharper focus, and I would prefer great dof. But the message, the emotion, is SO strong. (8)

One of the few that actually met the challenge....Very nice idea. Imo, a larger DOF would have been nicer

Like the tight focus and compostion. Would be confusing if not for that title. Nice image.

I love the detail and colors in the photograph. The perspective makes it all the more intersting - you can place it in your own surroundings. The first time I saw it I immediately though Hospital. But subsequent views have stirred other places and thoughts. Very nicely done!

Where did you focus? Nothing seems to be really in focus.

Sharp (excuse the pun) focus on the drop and needle of the yellow syringe would have made this a great picture.

the white label appears a bit bright, draws my eyes away from the more intriguing needles. and liquid in them.

I really like the concept of this shot. Personally, I would have only had one of the needles having a drip, but that is just me. I think you captured darkness very well.
